Refund policy
At Raw Galore, we take pride in providing high-quality raw and virgin hair extensions and wigs. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive the best.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (human hair), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered, opened, worn, or altered in any way. Do contact us FIRST, within 7-14 business days, to which we can decide whether or not a return is permissible in your circumstances.
Refunds
• Refunds are only issued if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
• In the rare case that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 30 hours of purchase at galoreraw@gmail.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. However, as all bundles are sourced specifically per order, cancellations requested after supplier allocation or processing may incur a non-refundable 5–7% processing fee to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
