Refund policy

 

At ÉIRA, we take pride in providing high-quality raw and virgin hair extensions and wigs. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive the best.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (human hair), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered, opened, worn, or altered in any way. Do contact us FIRST, within 7-14 business days, to which we can decide whether or not a return is permissible in your circumstances.

Refunds

    •    Refunds are only issued if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

    •    If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

    •    In the rare case that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

   • We cannot issue a full refund for hair that has been, touched or manipulated, making it look different from its original condition. This includes running your fingers through it.

   • In rare cases, a partial refund can be issued. Not every order is eligible for this.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 8 hours of purchase at eiraextensions@gmail.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. However, as all bundles are sourced specifically per order, cancellations requested after supplier allocation or processing may incur a non-refundable 5–10% processing fee to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please provide clear photos and a description when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If a return is issued, clear photos and videos must be sent, before shipping, according to our demonstration videos which will be sent. If not provided within 7 days, your return will automatically be cancelled and you will have to open another return; within the next 7 days.
