At Raw Galore, we want every order to reach you quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find details on our processing and shipping times, carriers, and customer support.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delays with shipping arrivals, whether to us from our manufacturer or from us to you, once the package is in the hands of any shipping courier; FedEx, Royal Mail. We will attempt to get your package to you at your earliest convenience.
Customs Policy
Please note that we are NOT responsible for any customs clearance charges or import fees. These fees are GOVERNMENT-mandated and therefore not included in our product prices.
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and cannot be calculated or predicted by us beforehand.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to additional customs fees upon arrival in your country.
Should you choose not to pay these fees, please understand that we are unable to issue refunds for the items ordered. This is due to stock handling and international shipping complications that occur once an order has been dispatched.
We strongly advise all international customers to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Processing
• UK Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
• International Orders: Please allow 4–5 business days for processing before shipment.
(For orders over £400 it’s possible for processing to take an extra business day).
Shipping Times & Carriers
We partner with FedEx, Royal Mail, and DPD for secure deliveries.
• UK Shipping: 3–4 business days once dispatched.
• Worldwide Shipping: 5–7 business days once dispatched.
Please note, it’s also possible for your order to arrive before these times. Should there be any delays, you will contacted about this regarding your order.
Note: Shipping costs vary worldwide. If you’d like to receive your order faster, you can leave a note or tip at checkout to prioritise your shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. Please check your local customs office for guidance.
