Customers Questions.. Answered

Are these deals raw?

The description on each product page will clearly state whether the hair is raw or virgin.

Please note:

Our lower-priced deals (for example, 3 bundles for £135) are standard virgin hair, not raw hair. Raw hair is priced higher due to sourcing, donor quality, and minimal processing.

Which hair should I choose for bleaching?

All of our raw hair can be bleached effectively.

For the lightest blonde results with a soft, flowy finish, we recommend our Raw Vietnamese hair, sourced directly from collectors. Each bundle comes from verified donors, ensuring consistency and quality.

Is this hair double drawn?

    •    Our standard virgin hair is single drawn, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

    •    Any double drawn hair will always be clearly labelled as double drawn.

Single drawn hair tapers naturally towards the ends, similar to natural hair, and usually uses fewer donors.

Double drawn hair contains more longer strands throughout, creating a fuller look from root to tip, but can be more prone to tangling due to the uniform length.

If a product is very reasonably or cheaply priced, it is unlikely to be double drawn unless explicitly stated.

How long is delivery?

    •    UK delivery: usually 7 business days, but can take up to 10 business days during busy periods or unexpected delays.

    •    This includes up to 4 business days processing time.

    •    Worldwide shipping: up to 15 business days.

If you require faster shipping, please contact us via email or DM on our social media before placing your order. In some cases, faster shipping may be arranged via invoice payment.

Why is raw hair more expensive?

True raw hair is rare and difficult to source. It is not simply shiny hair marketed as “raw.”

Our raw hair is unprocessed, carefully sourced, and thoroughly tested to ensure it can be bleached while maintaining longevity and integrity. The sourcing process, donor quality, and minimal handling all contribute to the higher cost.

Raw hair may show natural variations in colour and texture, which confirms its authenticity.

I’ve just bought curly hair — what should I do?

Curly textures are initially formed in the factory using steam. We strongly recommend washing the hair before installation.

After a co-wash or standard shampoo wash, the curls will loosen naturally, reveal more length, and minimise shrinkage. Curly hair will always appear shorter than straight hair, but washing allows the texture to settle properly and show its true pattern.

Can I bleach virgin hair?

Yes, virgin hair can be bleached.

However, to maintain the integrity of the cuticle, we recommend lifting no lighter than a honey or warm blonde tone. If you wish to achieve very light or platinum shades, we strongly advise choosing one of our raw hair options, which are better suited for high-level lifting.

Is raw hair double drawn?

No. All raw single-donor hair is single drawn.

Double drawn hair requires multiple donors to achieve uniform length throughout. Because raw hair comes from a single donor, it retains a natural taper towards the ends, which confirms its authenticity.

Will single drawn bundles weigh enough?

All of our bundles weigh approximately 100g–105g or more.

For single-donor raw hair, we aim for 100g per bundle. However, because each donor’s hair density naturally varies, slight differences in weight and fullness may occur. This variation is a natural characteristic of authentic single-donor raw hair.
